It is with immense pride and gratitude that I as the Chairman reflect upon our journey which started from a humble beginning of the vibrant and successful organization i.e. Community Development Program (CDP) registered in 2003. I am filled with a deep sense of both an accomplishment and joy

Bannu has been a historical city with rich cultural background and has produced notable people with significant contribution to the national development in different fields including higher education. As we all know this region has been suffering (for decades) due to its proximity with Afghanistan and some other factors, which affected the process of development to a great extent. Now there is a strong need to go for damage reversal.

When we set out on this journey, our vision was clear, and our commitment strong enough to create an organization of individuals driven by a shared passion and dedication to excellence. Today I see the manifestation of that vision. Our success is a testament to the collective efforts, resilience, and hard work of every staff member of CDP family who worked here and some who are still working as a strong unit. Together, we have overcome challenges and consistently pushed the boundaries of what we thought was possible. It is this spirit of collaboration and determination that has propelled us to many successes.

As Chairman, I want to express my deepest appreciation to each board member, general body member & employee, partner, and supporter who has been a part of this incredible journey. Your commitment to our values and your tireless efforts have been the driving force behind our success. We have not just grown as an organization; we have grown as a family. Looking ahead, let us continue to foster innovation, embrace challenges, and pursue excellence in everything we do. Our journey is far from over, and the future holds exciting opportunities for us to explore and conquer together. Let us celebrate our achievements, acknowledge our collective strength, and recommit ourselves to the principles that have brought us this far. The journey ahead may be challenging, but I have no doubt that together, we will navigate through it with the same passion and determination that has defined us so far.
